Principal
Dr. Baddeti Syam has more than two decades of academic experience in teaching and administration. He began his teaching career in January 2000 and has since held various positions, including Principal & Professor in the ECE Department. He obtained a Doctoral Degree in Digital Image Processing from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam; a Master Degree in Electronics from Cochin University of Science & Technology, Cochin; and a B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.
Dr. Syam has been actively involved in research, with multiple research publications in reputed national and international journals. He has also presented research papers at various national and international conferences. In his impressive teaching and administrative career, he has consistently promoted innovative teaching practices. Successfully executed AICTE funded SDP and MODROBS as HoD of ECE at LBRCE. He believes in molding technical graduates with a harmonious blend of academics and life skills.
Administrative Achievements:
Processed the application of approval for inclusion of the college name under section 2(f) by UGC.
Guided the institution to achieve NAAC ‘A’ Grade with CGPA-3.11.
Attended all kinds of approval and affiliation works, inspections, and admission approvals, including PIO quota for UG and Diploma courses.
Dr. Syam is recognized for his astute administration, strict discipline, and active research contributions. He is a member of professional bodies such as the ISTE and IEEE.
